Kings Shilling Tankard (George III)(top view)

Award winning piece based on a traditional design for a tankard with a shilling set into the hollow of the glass bottom. The idea is based on the old idea of press-ganging men into the Napoleonic Wars by slipping the coin into a tankard of beer.
